There is no incidence in my living memory which drew such global attention as the Covid19 pandemic. We have witnessed deaths of legends, endured many tragedies, and been through many long brutal conflicts in some places but the way the covid19, commonly known as coronavirus, has captured the world's collective consciousness is truly shocking. Everyone everywhere is talking about it because it concerns everybody and that because it threatens everybody. Otherwise, people die every year due to several reasons like Diarrhoea, obesity, accidents, and die in large numbers. For the last couple of months, the whole world seems to have come to halt. It all feels like we are watching a movie. Because we have seen such things happening in movies. Empty roads, dead cities, everyday life getting completely shut, emergency video conferencing of world leaders. We have seen such a crisis in many movies and we have seen it in different situations. I don’t know where it all started. I don’t know who created this never-ending mystery of life and death. Maybe in a blink, Big Bang started where every matter in the universe formed free of its will or it’s all by the grace of God, where each and every matter in the universe is a puppet to its will. George Bush once said if there will be WW3 it will be against terrorism. Well, we should have one against these monsters if it is not for the difficulty in determining who actually the terrorist is. Terrorism is not a state. It doesn't have demarcated boundaries where you can drop the bomb and win the war. It is an ideology - a radical ideology which is unfortunately contagious. Terrorists can be everywhere - the train you board, the subway you cross, the restaurant you visit,  the club you enjoy. Islam is one of the major religion on the planet earth with 1.6 million followers across the globe and that means one in every four people. The word Islam is derived from the Arabic root  "Salema" which means peace, purity, and obedience but that vaguely resembles for the present state of Islam. A minority group Muslims who have succumbed to violence have hijacked Islam and the public imagination of its definition which makes the word more synonyms to fear, threat and intimidation. With the growing Islamophobia, the mainstream Muslims have been alienated from rest of the world.
